Flowers were never delivered to correct hospital unit. Attempted to get in touch with someone for help took hours to get the owner on the phone. No resolution offered. Called back the next day left a voicemail. No returned call. Had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Do not purchase through "The Nashville Florist" website, it is a scam. I purchased flowers for delivery in the Nashville area (37209). After my purchase went through, someone reached out and let me know that my address was outside the delivery area, and my order would need to be cancelled. After numerous emails back and forth, over a month later, I still haven't seen a refund.

I ordered from far away and was so impressed! The shop sent me a phote before delivery, called to confirm a substitution when needed, and the flowers arrived perfectly on time . They even got a new customer on the receiving end ! I recommend them highly !
